In the case that you are not happy with your ordered piece or does not correspond to your preferences you can send it back within 14 days after you habe received the package. Please ensure that any product returned to us for a refund or exchange are un-worn, have no make up marks or stains on and are sent back with all orginal packaging and tags attached. A 3€ washing a repacking charge will be deducted from any refund if any of these rules are not adhered to.
Please add the full filled and legible return document to your return package. Your return will be processed within 3 working days after delivery and the purchase amount will be refund in accordance to the method of payment or exchange will be send out.
Shipping costs of returned goods are paid by the customer. Parcels with feight not prepaid will not be accepted!
For the shipping of an exchange we will not charge an additional shipping fee!
In the case that an article we delivered is not fine you need to contact us via email and you can send it back free of charge. In this case we will send you a return document of our shipping company via email. Please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a short explanation of the defect or you use our complaint form. If you choose for return another shipping company then ours you have to pay for the delivery. The claimed article has to be returned to us not later then 14 days after you have informed us about the claim. After having examined the case we will offer you a repair work, an exchange or a refund accorndance to the method of payment. The process time of a reclamation can take up tot wo weeks.
PLEASE NOTE: A WRONG ORDERED SIZE OR DISLIKEMENT OF AN ARTICLE IS NOT A REASON OF RECLAMATION! We reserve the right to request pictures of the defect before we authorize the return.

In such a case we pay fort he return delivery, by sending you a return document of our shipping company. If you choose for return another shipping company then ours you have to pay for the delivery.

Shipping within Germany has a flat shipping rate of €5,50 with DPD or DHL.
For all other countries please find shipping costs in our shipping costs scedule.
A quick delivery of the ordered items is important for us. Therefore, you will receive your order within the rules in about 2-3 days after ordering (this statement is referring to private costumers in Germany and costumers from the EU, the organization of an export might take more time because of the costume). Different delivery times are listed in the product details and shown within your order.

Bei Zahlungen per Kreditkarte erfolgt die Abbuchung innerhalb einer Woche nach Versendung der Ware.
